An intensive workshop in Setting and Forming Exams was held from 7/10 till 29/10/2009 for all Academic Principals and vice Principals and all the teachers of AlBayan Complex( the five schools ) . The workshop was presented in two parts and it focused on presenting the varied strategies for building exams and questions of all types. The aim of this workshops was to promote the teacher’s skills when forming questions and setting exams as this workshop was given before the chapter test start in November. 

The Professional Development Day for AlBayan Complex was held on Thursday the 10TH of Dec.2009. This day included varied training sessions that were prepared and presented by all the departments in the five schools. The sessions focused on the Modern Teaching Strategies to promote the academic level of the teachers. The training strategies were based on workshops, discussion sessions, demonstration lessons, reading educational books, watching educational films, lectures and preparing plans and programs. Also other departments like social services , Additional Educational support and learning resource centere presented varied training sessions for the administrators of these departments.
