Students should be committed to be in the school according to the school attendance policy (attend about 90% of the scholastic yesr).
· Attendance and leaving
The school day has certain and specific times for attending & leaving school. And to ensure the responsibility in committing to that students have to:
1. Be punctual.
2. If there is any emergency, students should inform the administration.
3. Entering the school immediately and never leave without permission.
4. Committed to attend the morning assembly.
· Being late during the school day:
Students should be aware of the following:
1. It is forbidden for the student to come after 7:15 . Parents should accompany the student after this time.
2. The student who is late should immediately go to the administrator to identify the reasons for being late and to get an attendance card.
3. If the student is late to the class, the teacher shouldn't allow her to enter the class without the permission card.
Leaving the school is not allowed Except for the following reasons:
1. The sickness cases which are checked by the school's nurse
2. The emergency family cases
In medical appointments cases:
1. The appointments from Hamad hospital are the only appointment accepted.
2. It is preferred that all the appointments take place by the end of the school day to insure that the student will not miss classes.
3. It is preferred that the student inform the administration a day earlier about her appointment.
The student is not allowed to leave unless:
1. One of the parents accompany her.
2. Show the appointments card
3. Housemaids are not allowed to accompany students for medical appointments.
A clear policy is set by the school regarding absence:.
· If the student is absent ,the parent should call the school between 7:00 am - 8:00 am.
· If the parent didn’t call, the administrator will call the student’s house to check the reasons of being absent.
· The administrator will have an immediate follow up the next day to investigate the reasons for absence.
· If there is an arranged absence case, there is going to be a form that the parent should fill in and pass it to the administration to get permission.
· The attendance limit in the school is 90% of scholastic year.
· Absence points are counted and includes in the social evaluation .

1. Follow up the students (psychologically – behaviorally – academically – socially).
2. Help students in solving their educational problems.
3. Follow up the students’ academic progress.
4. Follow up the support and the supplementary programs.
5. Supervise the school activities.
6. Participate in different school committees.
7. Supervise the school students’ council.
8. Supervice exhibitions, camping ,seminars,and workshops.
9. Discover & support the gifted students.
10. Reinforce the school social relationships among students.
11. Organize and supervise scientific & entertaining field trips
12. Regular communication with parents to follow up the student’s progress.
13. Organize parents’ meetings.
- School clinic
Health services provides a model that combines the first aid in case the students visit the clinic and the specialized care if needed through an effective and fast transferring system to the nearest health care centers or Hamad Hospital.Medical record are kept for each student and the stage nurse provides all first aid during the school duty in addition to other tasks like:
1. Students’ health follows up in all aspects.
2. Check up all the meals provided by the school cafeteria.
3. Conduct regular tests for the students.
4. Students’ health follows up in all aspects(L.Ds)
5. Provide students with the latest health news.
6. Prepare health lectures & seminars.
7. Publish health brochure.
8. Vaccinations
Healthy food is also provided through balanced meals that are offered to students.
Taking into consideration:
1. The meals should be suitable for the age of the students.
2. Vary the types of meals provided.
A specialized committee is assigned to supervise the food provided for the students concerning its suitability and cleanness.
- Transportation:
The school provides the students with free air conditioned busses that cover all Doha areas, with all the required safety procedures.
- Sports Services:
Sports gyms are available with different sport equipments. Many sports activities are held to enhance the fitness and health of the students and strengthen the social relationships between the students sports activities include:
1. Sports shows.
2. Sports competitions.
3. Participating in internal the external sport activities and exhibitions.
- School theater:
In each stage there is a theatre which is equipped with all visual and auditory facilities which provide many services such as:
1. Lectures and meetings.
